Dakota Dawkins is a seasoned musician, meditation teacher, yoga instructor, and sound therapy practitioner based in South Florida. His musical journey began in childhood, nurtured by a rich, multicultural upbringing that emphasized the profound impact of sound. Over the years, Dakota has developed a versatile skill set across various instruments, while maintaining a strong connection to his Afro-Cherokee, Powhatan, and Mohawk heritage. This connection enriches his work, allowing him to share the ancestral melodies of his culture through the Native American Flute and other traditional instruments.
With nearly a decade of experience, Dakota has successfully integrated his passion for music with his expertise in meditation and yoga. His classes offer a sophisticated blend of breathwork, meditation practices, and live sound therapy, designed to foster deep relaxation and holistic well-being. Dakota’s approach is both grounded and transformative, providing participants with a tranquil and restorative experience that resonates long after the session ends.
Justin Roberts is the creator of Integrative Quantum Therapy, a pioneering approach that synthesizes consciousness, energy awareness, osteopathic techniques, and spiritual practices. His method is characterized by a deep, intuitive connection with the body’s innate wisdom, allowing him to guide clients through transformative healing experiences, whether in-person or remotely.
Justin’s work is profoundly holistic, addressing not just physical ailments but also the emotional and energetic imbalances that underlie them. Clients frequently note his ability to alleviate long-standing physical pain, clear emotional blockages, and foster a deep sense of well-being. His sessions often involve teaching clients techniques they can use on their own, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.
His unique ability to “travel” within the body and perceive areas of blocked energy enables him to identify and address issues that may have resisted other forms of treatment. Whether working with chronic pain, emotional trauma, or complex health issues, Justin’s integrative approach provides a pathway to lasting transformation on physical, energetic, and spiritual levels.
Through his compassionate and intuitive practice, Justin helps individuals achieve their highest state of well-being, promoting self-correction, integration, and a deeper understanding of their true selves.

Our 3-day Holistic Health Retreat is just around the corner, and we’re eagerly looking forward to welcoming you! To ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, we’ve put together a list of essential items to bring with you.
1. Comfortable Clothing: South Florida weather in December is typically mild, with temperatures ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s. Pack light, breathable clothing for daytime activities and a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. Don’t forget comfortable attire for yoga and meditation sessions!
2. Footwear: Bring comfortable shoes for walking and exploring our beautiful retreat location. You might also want to include sandals or flip-flops for relaxing in common areas.
3. Swimwear: If you plan to enjoy any pool or spa facilities, pack a swimsuit for relaxation and rejuvenation.
4. Yoga Mat: While we’ll provide mats for our yoga sessions, you might prefer to bring your own for extra comfort and familiarity.
5. Reusable Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, so a reusable water bottle will help you keep up with your hydration needs throughout the retreat.
6. Personal Care Items: Don’t forget your personal care essentials, including sunscreen, insect repellent, and any medications you may need.
