The NMRP (No More Pain Protocol) consists of three phases:

  • Phase 1: Stimulation/Integration – Laying the groundwork for healing.
  • Phase 2: Neural Grooving/Strength Development – Strengthening and retraining neural pathways.
  • Phase 3: Neuromuscular Balance – Achieving balance in the neuromuscular system for lasting relief.

Treatments typically last 45-60 minutes. For optimal results, we recommend attending sessions 3 times a week, with a minimum of 2 times a week.

If you’ve been dealing with symptoms for 5 or more years, a full recovery may take longer. Our approach is designed for long-term results, and consistency is key.

During your first visit, we’ll assess your current condition and discuss your goals. We’ll then create a personalized plan tailored to your needs and start your journey to pain relief.
